Something to think about...

When I just started with the company, I was at lunch and started talking to someone who asked where I worked. To make a long story short, he asked where I worked and I told him ERAC. His expression was priceless and all he said to me was he new a few people that worked for them and all ERAC was is "MCDONALDS WITH A SHIRT & TIE!!!" At first I laughed it off, but a couple a years now and that statement could not of be more true.

I have thought it is similar to fast food, except at fast food you don't have to work as hard and if someone complains I am pretty sure they can tell them to f off and take their 4 bucks to Wendy's.

Yeah, but McDonalds doesn't have a Management Training program, they've got a big mac training program.
