I am currently working at ERAC and am looking to get out. I would just like to know what positive ERAC experiences people have focused on in during future job interviews. I understood at the beginning that this wouldn't be a career, and so as a 'stepping stone,' what other fields have people successfully transitioned themselves? Thank you, Current Group 10'er

I guess you need to. >You don't know how to sell yourself-how could you ever sell waiver? >You don't know how to express the positive aspects of your job-how could you ever train, motivate or develop others? Hiring poor people like this is the reason why Erac fails to satisfy hard working career minded people. I know that the worst aspect of my Erac career was the idiots i had to work with.

People like you, Anon, is what is making enterprise less and less desirable to work for. is it possible for people to just want to move on to another job? or is it that anyone who wishes to leave "can't hack it"? get a grip pal, an attitude like that will get you nowhere in real life, even if it is applauded in the super-fantastic world of erac
