Default DOES IT FEEL GOOD

This past month I started my new Job and let me tell you I am a new person. Happy in the morning, when I gt home, and all weekend long. I worked In GP24 and was a L3...
Reasons for me leaving
* Did not like the idea of ARMS haveing 300-350 cars (getting to saturated too monay 75-125 car stores)
* Money is not there like it once was (or so i have been told it was) The average arm in our are was making 80-85k (compared to 100-125k only a few yrs back)
* this is not due to lack of performace by any means some arms who had been in the spot for a while feel the same way i did.
* I am young and dont want to have to make a major career change when my family and I are settled.
* Eneterrpise is no longer running your own business its a puppet show from the RVP down and that really sucks for the future.
* ERAC is getting to the point where its becoming more of a retail job just like home depot, 711, gap, etc...
Best of luck to all those still there and remember always keep your options open. I to once bled green and believed it wa the best thing and easiest way to make big money. However the longer i worked there the more I saw what really goes on. People are not interested in your career (for the most part of who I dealt with they were not) all they care are about you not quitting so it doesnt hurt their retention. They will lie and cheat and tell you anything just to keep you around. KEEP YOUR OPTIONS OPEN is the best advise I can give anyone.

Default Puppet Show

Man I think you are my twin. I left as a L3 and feel the same way. The company changed a lot over the 10 years I was there. Our old GM did a good job of sheltering us from the growing dictation of doctrine from Corporate. New GM came in and the "puppet show" began. Had to bail. Liked to use my brain too much.
