Default Dissertation research, have your say on Enterprise

As the title I am researching Enterprises attitude to their employees. I will ask a few questions and use this as primary research for my dissertation. Please post both positive and negative comments about your time at Enterprise. Please private message me if you prefer.

From the Enterprise recruitment material they offer three main benefits of the Trainee management scheme:

Training how to run your own business
Great pay
Excellent prospects

Could you let me know your experiences, if you found this to be the case or not while working at Enterprise? Please post both positive and negative comments.

From my time I spent at Enterprise they do offer good training from every aspect of the business, they offer great prospects as yuo can get promoted quickly but that is due to people leaving. However, the pay is poor for the work we have to do. The average assistant manager earns around £20000 a year, with the average manager earning £24000 a year. This might be okay for a 9 to 5 office job. However the average manager does about 55 to 60 hours a week and it is non stop with loads of pressure from customers accounts and upper management. It ois not worth it and that is why they all leave.
