Default Dissertation research, have your say on Enterprise 3rd question

As the title I am researching Enterprises attitude to their employees. I will ask a few questions and use this as primary research for my dissertation. Please post both positive and negative comments about your time at Enterprise. Please private message me if you prefer.

What positives did you gain from your time at enterprise?

my driving improved no end. i was at erac for one year and drove about 50 vehicles at a guess, from a tiny 3 door fiat to a long wheel base high top van, with 50k mercs, people carriers and convertables in the mix too. (i was at a branch in the uk). this was a plus point.

i also have the abilty to say that i have experience of certain business features, (people management, sales, customer service, accountancy, marketing) which SOUND impressive even if the actual experience was limited and badly organised.

i met a nice group of people, but sadly see little of them anymore. some i've lost contact with altogether and will only ever meet again at a chance encounter, which is sad as i have nothing bad to say about them. an honest reason for this is because they still work at enterprise and simply do not have the spare time.

finally, i know what a hard, long hours job is like. this was of course a huge negative at the time, but now i can reflect on a time when i really did work very long hours for very little money and had very little job satisfaction. in short, i suspect erac is one of the reasons why i love my current job so much and fully intend it to become my long-term career.

The training was great it set me up for my new jobs future employees love the training from ERAC. I also got satisfaction from the feeling off responsibility, alothugh learning a lot from the experience it soon wore off with all pressure and expectation from it.
