I'm sure it was an interesting internal conflict for Andy to hit the "Send" button on that memo, but I'm delighted he announced my web site to all his employees.

Actually, ?????, you've giving yourself and your failing "Failing Enterprise" website too much credit here. The fact that Andy hit the send button with the FE reference in the article just shows he doesn't give a crap about you and sees you as no threat to ERAC's operations.

Think about it. If your conspiracy theories held true, Andy would have carefully edited the reference out. He didn't. Instead, he left it in there because he has nothing to be afraid of. ?????, you are a legend in your own mind, obsessed with a "problem" which is small and inconsequential compared to the issues of the rest of the world.

Come on. Bad customer service from one company? Is this what you've really decided you're going to expend your energy on? I will say what many have said before -- WHO CARES! Take up a worthy cause. You own city of San Francisco is filled with problems. Volunteer in a soup kitchen. Deliver food to shut-in's. Then, set up a website which discusses those problems in society. Compared to the challenges others face in this world, your almost empty gas tank seems trivial.
