Find some clone who has a copy of the grill and make cheat sheets. Like all the people before you.

FInd the copy of the grill that's floating around your area. Get your manager to take you out to "Study" for the grill at a watering hole of some sort.

Memorize the "balance" and repeat everything you learned in new hire training.

If you know your stuff, it's bullshit.

Its pretty much everything from the Skills exam which is what you do everyday. Also, if they are letting you take your grill, it means they are confident that you will be passing.

If you choose to cheat, this is what you can expect.

You will pass the grill, but soon you will be in a situation that you can't handle (albeit customer service, admin, or vehicle repair) and you will be stuck calling around and losing your branch money. This will soon snowball into you becoming an angry ERAC employee that feels that you are not being trained to run the branch just listening to angry customers and baby-sitting trainees. This will lead you to quit and wonder what you were thinking about in the first place. You will never be able to identify that you cheated on the grill as the reason for your failure as it sounds like this is your normal M.O. of getting by in life.

Should you actually study for the grill and understand how to run your branch you will be successful and independent. You will now be asked to assimilate your style with everyone else's because you aren't like all the other lemmings who decided to cheat on the grill. You'll end up making way more money than everyone else because you'll find that you understand the balance of price vs value vs customer service. In the end, you'll still quit because you'll be chastised for your independent style, and unless you are white, male, 6' 2", with a cleft in your chin, you will not get very far.

However, you now have better business skills that will become an asset to another company that will pay you more for doing less than ERAC. That is assuming that you decide to study and comprehend the Grill. Do the right thing because it's the right thing.

What a bunch of crap. Whether you learn the grill or cheat from it makes no difference. You have all the knowledge anyway from being in the branch. I am a King in Gp32. I cheated and I don't fumble. I expect that anyone we want passed will pass...anyone we want to fail..we will fail no matter how hard you study it is all about what we want to do with you.

The grill is easy. As long as you study and know your stuff, you shouldnt have a problem. At my grill, it was 6 hours of interviewing with LC, AM, Accounting, and the GRM.
