As pointed out above, ERAC is not exactly a cutting edge tech company but they could monitor sites visited if they wanted to, but really, there are literally thousands of people with internet access and unless they are specifically requested to, I doubt that would care. During the course of my day I have good business reasons to visit sites that would normally be flagged but no one has questioned me on it yet, so if you have the access to visit this site (in the US I believe it is Level 3 (i.e. ARM) and above then I doubt they notice if you visit this site.
