Default If You're Reading This At Work At Enterprise Right Now, Hit Us Back

If you're reading this right now while at work at Enterprise, hit us back with a reply (anonymous and unregistered is fine) saying "I'm in". That's all I want you to write in your reply, just "I'm in". It's 2:25 PM in California. Let's see what happens.

NO OFFENSE ADMIN BUT I DOUBT YOU WILL GET MANY REPLYS...Not because employees dont come here but because most US branches dont even have internet access and those that do, dont use it because no one e.mails anything for work they use MS01. After work though I am sure all the angry employees log on for a good laugh before bed.Widhing they too didnt work there anymore!

Yes, I know most branches don't have Internet access. This is for everybody else who works at Enterprise and who does have Internet access. If you're reading at work, say "I'm in".

The usage of the internet at work, for the folks that do have access, is watched heavily....just like any other company. A quick report can be generated, if need be, of all internet usage from a given terminal. My thought is that you won't get many hits from people at work....but just out of curiosity, why did you ask?

Yeah, I suspected there was monitoring, and that employees would be afraid to get caught, but I was just curious. FailingEnterprise gets lots of traffic during the day, which I'll assume is mostly customers and former employees who are at work somewhere else, and also at night, which I'll assume is customers and current employees who've gone home.

And then late at night I see the traffic from the U.K., who are surfing in the morning. It's cool to see.

Just curious.

Per our Operations Supervisor, all US branches are supposed to get on the new windows computer system by August 1. There are numerous groups and regions that have already switched to this. Therefore, most employees already have (limited and monitored) internet access and ecrap email addresses. Before I left ecrap, I actually came on this site few times. At that time I didn't give a crap what happens, since i knew i was leaving(even though ecrap didn't), but I was never confronted about it. So, they either monitor it when they suspect something, or ...

So, if you ever want to punk a co-worker with a dedicated computer.... when they are not looking, pull up this site and x rated sites so that it trips some Corporate "trigger". Kind of like sending an MS01 when someone leaves theirs open.....

The only person that can log into the net in a branch is the manager. His user acount can only be used on one computer at a time. Admin warned all the managers in a big meeting to log off when not at the office.
