Corporate Rules on Sex Among Co-workers

Are there corperate rules on relationships among employees?? We have an MT dating a BM in our group.

There is not written rule against dating but they should not date if one of the partners is directly above or has a direct impact on the lower epmloyee career. There is a ton of employee dating and what not and they discourage it but it happens everywhere. Nothing written in the hand book or anything they can do about it. I used to work there and there was a manager that dated an MT and they dated to this day and he is now an area manager and she is a manager but I don't think she is in his area now. It is all about who you know and if your profitable.
