Default Jack is dead

Now that i have your attention, no jack is not dead, no i'm not here to bash jack, i'm here to pose an actual question to the masses and open some intellectual debate. I know since we all went to college original thought is not something we are good at, but i'll try anyways. Do you ever wonder with all the bitching we do now, what it's going to be like when jack is gone? Personally i think some of the perks we do get will be greatly reduced, ie employee discounts, employee partys, i could go on, but it's these things that actually make us feel appreciated after we've been cussed at and threatened by several people in day.

I think you are right...it's either going to go down or go away completely- as it stands ERACs benefits aren't that bad but I have a feeling they will take away some of the things that arent required by law.

Jack's passing will have no impact on perks or benefits. What will change it will be a change in ownership structure or adaption to increased competition with decreasing margins.

Jack has not played a major role in operations for some time.

The only thing that could be affected is the culture. Jack set the original tone, culture, and values of the company. As the company has matured and Jack has gotten further away from it, all of these issues have changed. On many things Andy and Jack don't see eye to eye, and with Jack's passing, so will the original founding values. I don't care what senior management gives lip service to these values, they are much different that what Jack originally intended. There is no one that is more loyal to individuals than Jack.
