What do people really think about Mark Block?

I have my own opinions about Mark Block, or as he calls himself "Blocker." I know management kisses his ass because his father is a VP. I have had the "privilege" of working with this pompous asshole. He is the most conceded, cocky, moronic, Mr. Potato Head I have ever come across. Yes, his head is that big figuratively and literally. He talks down to people because he is 'better than them.' He argues with his superiors because he is a moron and doesn't understand simple tasks. He once got upset because someone told him another employee dressed better than he did. He is the self proclaimed best dresser in group 01. I am in no way jealous of Blocker considering i am in a higher position than he. I know my friends at erac feel the same way, i am just looking for feedback from other employees.
