ok, seriously, i'm considering accepting the offer as a management trainee at Enterprise, and I want to know for real, what kind of money can i expect as soon as i start?
right now i only make about 20,000 / year so its gotta be better than that, right?

Expect about 25K per year tops. They may work you fewer hours and you may make less.

The stories from employees on here are quite accurate. Decide if 5K is worth that aggravation.

$20k/per year......you cant be serious? do you live and work in the united states? erac will be a good opportunity for you. erac lives for individuals like you.

At Enterprise you will be making aprox. the same. Lets break it like this

Your current job:

20000 per year/52 weeks = $385 per week

385 per week/40 hrs = $9.61 per hour

9.61 per hr

Enterprise:

30000 per year/52 weeks = $577 per week

577 per week/50 hrs = $10.49 (40Hrs) + $15.73 (10Hrs)

10.49 per hr

You will be making $.88 more an hour. you will have no social life. You will ruin your business suit. you will ruin your nice pair of shoes, countless numbers of ties and shirts.
