This is how it was when I worked there and it was strictly enforced.

I also got reprimanded for having too fuzzy of socks, a tie knot that was too big, shoes with soles that were too big, and wearing ties that were too "intimidating."

Is this cult like BS still going on?

i would say no? when i worked there in 2006, i wore a blue shirt, with a blue/grey/white/black diagnal pattern tie. i never ever wore a white shirt. usually i did not wear a jacket, either. my shirt/ties were pretty pimp. the majority wore colored shirts. only the stiff ass kissers wore white. i could easily pick out an ass kisser for the most part than.

ah yes ... so that is what an "intimidating" tie is all about ... thanks for the info :) ... I don't wear ties since I am female ... but I CAN tell you this about some of the other women that work at erac and dress like sluts !!!! I was appalled to see the blacklace, see-through low cut tops some of the female mt's wear ... what is erac trying to be - a green whorehouse ????

I understand it is a whorehouse. They service each other and not outsiders but incest seems to be up ERAC's alley anyway. I mean look at Bubbagump for petes sake.
