Well...I am still with ERAC but NOT in GP01 or rental. And I left at the perfect time!! It seems that the usual BS is going on and getting worse. I have many friends that are still "stuck" in the hell of a rental branch, so I hear about it all of the time. It all began when the group got a new GM in the summer of 2003 and it has been going downhill from there.... Good luck to all of you who are still bleeding rental green all over the vacum while it is sucking up your Men's Warehouse tie or your Casual Corner skirt!!!! I will continue to enjoy sitting at a nice desk and not having to buy new shoes every month. Get out while you can!!! :)

How are things changing? As an outsider it was always interesting to me how GP01 had decent, but not great performance while being in the shadow of Corporate etc. It has to be extra tough working in that environment. I'll bet the new GM came in cracking heads and running off people that "weren't hacking it" anymore.

Well what happened we got our new GM and he has seemed to have about all ARMS & BRMS now gone (which looking back is a good thing) but I understand everyone now is so miserable......There are still a few ARM puppets still out there. You know tossing a football during our meetings really irritated me anyways!!!!! I now make more $$$$$$$, work about 35-40 hours a week, and I feel like I have a life......I still find it hard to believe that I gave them so many years just to be replaced cause the new GM wants it that way....
