Hello All,

We haven't seen much traffic from this Group, and we haven't yet created a seperate forum for this Group either.

So, what's going on in this group?

Yes, I am...was. I think anyone from 01 is afraid to draw too much attention to themselves...so close to "home base" so to speak. At least that is what I hear.

The group is so messed up with a bunch of people too lazy to leave! Everyone just keeps going through the same thing day after day after day complaining about how their life sucks but not doing anything about it! My best advice would be for HR and upper management to pull their heads out of their asses and realize how people really feel and to address the issue without the corp. bullshit. Maybe your employees would resent you less if you didn't teach them to put on their game face in the first two weeks, maybe then people wouldn't be scared to say how much they hate it or try to move on...at least then it would keep the people that actually do like it from hearing the tainted stories of those that stay but want out!
