Dwight made NEGLIGABLE improvements in Group 01 for about the first six months he was there. After that, he would roll out a new initiative and forget it six months later, with no continued focus on anything. If you weren't in his circle of ass-kissers, hard drinkers, or attractive girls -- you might as well have packed it in. If you didn't go to the monthly "end of month happy hour" and get drunk with Dwight and his Canadian cronies and then drive home; you might as well keep washing cars.

Anyone know why Miller's current executive admin left? Is he really that difficult to work for/with?
