Default Work Life Balance article in St.Louis paper

There was an article in the Sunday St.Louis paper on work life balance and morals. One of the statements in the article was about job fullfullment. Those who felt fullfilled in their jobs lead a better life. If I can find the link I will post it here.

If there is any truth behind that article, then by all accounts ERAC employees should be pretty much at their breaking point....with orlando week behind them now. I call for a mass walk-out.....whose with me???

IT is not about ERAC it is just about work life balance in general for any job.

yes, i got that part in your first rant. if this completely general article about any and all companies is true, then i bet erac employees are at the bottom of the pack in terms of fulfilling lives.

Ok, here is some of the information from the article I told everyone about earlier. Below is just some paraphrasing of what was written.

Quote: A workplace survey in Feb by Harris Interactive for Delottie found that 91 percent of working adults will act ethically at work when they have a good work-life balance.

How many ERAC ppl are ethical.Since we do not have a work like balance!

The article also goes on to say those who invest all thier time and energy into a job will become dependent on their jobs for everything, incliding a self worth. This willmake it even harder to make ethical decisions.

In other words slepping around, driving around drunk, etc.

Also when climbing the corp ladder they may cheat ona report, make up numbers, or tell little lies. Now tell me one ERAC employee who has never held open a contract past 2 pm, changed the phone number to prevent and ESQI call, etc and so on.

Everything in this editorial/cloumn fits ERAC to a Tee.

The title of the cloumn:

Does the right work-life balance ensure a more moral worker?
