Wow, I can't understand why anyone wouldn't want the opportunity to work for a company with such genuine employees!! Maybe all of the animosity of its' employees is why this company is a such a "failing Enterprise". If you guys would concentrate on bettering yourselves and not constantly bashing on others you have no control over, this company may actually be able to keep its best employees.

As of about 3-4 months ago, they were still working in North Atlanta, (Woodstock) Admin. Leigh used to be the HR Mgr for 55WW, and she told everyone she wanted to transfer out because the RVP she worked for was a little punk, (JEFF FOSTER) who I quote as saying: "I took this RVP job in Jackson/Brandon, Mississippi b/c I knew I could turn this little dumb ass state/Region around-and I am only doing it to use as a stepping stone to move up.") Well, the pompous, underperforming little shit head has bit off way more than he can chew, and he has ran off the best managers, and his Region is the worst in Group 55, so he is still there.
In regards to Leigh. she was married to a local Mississippian when she worked at 55WW, and she and Brad Kauffman had a serious "fling"-which obviously led to her getting a divorce from her hubby, and marrying Brad Kauffman a 55WW City Mgr. They both did not like their new "repuation", so along with the fact she hated working for according to her: "A little shit head RVP, they both put in for a transfer to Grp03-Atlanta, and moved to take their new jobs to live their little new sweet happy life.

Just out of curiosity, are you the same person on the last page who said Brooms credit was bad and that he was sleeping with employees? You seem a little obsessed, and not that concerned with the truth. Exactly what unethical act did you commit that prompted Brooms to have you fired?

No, I'm not. Actually, I don't really care about Brooms's credit rating or his alleged infidelity.Obsession wasn't a factor in posting the message, either. It didn't make sense to me that a "baller" like Brooms weaseled his way out of his lunch tab after boasting about pulling 10 G's a month in severance pay. Making a guy whose monthly income is considerably less cover Brooms's lunch tab seemed rude and inconsiderate. As far as the truth is concerned, the posted message in question is just hearsay, which by definition is something heard from another person. Evidently, every posted message on this website could be classified as the same, including your anecdotal reply. The unethical act of living the "American Dream" and working for myself prompted my exit from ERAC, not Brooms or anyone else. Nice try, though.

I quit ecrap a while back and stumbled across this site, and couldnt help but posting....i have 2 questions:

1. Is Arrizi-ballasshole still around? I want to know what is up with him. do people still hate him?

2. The new branch on beaver ruin rd. just off I-85 ----in the old fucking gas station!!?! how tacky does that place look!!!?? I seriously started laughing when I saw that thing? Who the hell is managing that place and how many cars do they have? That place looks like a shit hole. That branch manager must feel proud of himself going into the "office" every morning lol

I was told by a co-worker to check out this website. It was ironic to see names like Michael DeCoufle, Scott Henle and James Scyoc mentioned on this website as being not so savory characters. Now I know why I was told to visit the website in the first place. Unfortunately, comments about these three individuals were exactly what I thought of them during my tenure with the company. It was interesting reading the comments and realizing I was not alone in my thoughts about these fine pillars of the community. It is a shame, however, that these three guys were not dealt with by the company alot sooner. Now I know why I moved on without ERAC.


P.S. Was Brooms really doing all those things? Wow!

I read in another thread that McMuffin finished his first year at 03EE with 15% retention, not just the worst in the company, but the worst in company history. Has it improved any since then? Is he still around or does he still have his nose up Janickis A$$?
