East Atlanta Group 03

Anybody out there from east atlanta in group 03? Who is the Regional VP over there now? I quit ERAC 2 years ago, and want to know what is going on!

WHY IS EVERYONE SO SCARED TO WRITE FROM THE EAST REGION

Scared is not the word. No one cares, which is why we have the 17% MT retention in the East Region. The 2nd worst in the entire company. WOW! Out of 100 MTs hired over the last year, we have retained 17 of them. 83% turnover. It wasn't like this a year ago, and who got here a year ago?

Take it from me. I don't remember the last four years of my life because of ERAC. Get out of there! You are wasting your lives! Take a week or two of your choice/vacation days and just start interviewing. I had no plan except to contact any company that interested me and apply. Be prepared; companies will jump on you because they know you are willing to work. Be selective; you can afford to. I interviewed and had a great job by the beginning of vacation week 2. Worst case scenario-you got a two week vacation from George Arriziballasshole and his cronies. P.S. Give the California Boy a great big middle finger for me. He'll know where it came from.

I doubt he'll know exactly where it came from, there are a lot of people that would be in line to give him that salute. He's pissed off a lot of people since his arrival here a couple of years ago. And his subregion consistently gets its' ass kicked by Heather's. Of course she's a real ball of sunshine too. And McMuffin as RVP... the hits just keep on coming.

Why does no one like Mcguffin?

I think 03 EE can definitely compete with WW for most BS in the group. The crap goes from the top down.
RVP: Strawberry McMuffin- Region would follow the lead of Bin Laden before this uninspiring loser. He has the public speaking ability of a 12 year old. "Why are you turning red and shaking McMuffin?" He claimed he couldn't spend time w/ his managers in Orlando, but the reality was he wanted to corral some Texas cattle. Under his Vice Presidency EE has lost more managers and employees in general than can be counted. I guess getting rid of flexing and planning to open offices on sunday just doesn't make the lucrative money of working at ERAC worth it anymore.

RRM: G. Icantspellyourlastnameabalaga- I'm sure everyone in 03 has heard of this shade ball. Shady shady shady liar liar liar. Giving promotions to people that didn't even interview... but he sure does interview out of region candidates. He has made the area manager non existant by superceding them and going straight to BM's. I wonder why he works long nights at the regional office??
Not the sharpest knife in the drawer either.
ARM's: Maybe the reason why forementioned has to go past them. There is a group of them that have been ARM's in EE since Moses rented his first car. They are clogging the promotional system and have put up a glass ceiling. I never knew another employee that truly worked for their ARM.
BM's: You are now at a point where your resume has a good enough title to get out and get something much better then 60 hours a week for maybe 45k. WAKE UP!!
AM's: You would never have been assistants 2 years ago, but today's EE is they have to see who they can possibly grill to fill a spot.
Everyone else I just feel so sorry for you.
WW people, meet some EE folks and you'll see where I'm coming from, oh and by the way... ya'll need to quit to.

It's been about a month since I posted this, and just shy of 5 months since I quit. Apparently nothing has changed in EE since then. It's the beginning of the busiest week of the year for ERAC. I think I'm going to book some minivans and SUV's online, because McMuffin and his cronie boy probably haven't shut off NATRES yet.
