PROMOTIONS?!?!

If WW is doing so well, why is nobody getting promoted? Lots of "shifting" going on...but is anyone really making any more $$$. Hell no. After 3 years of being with this shit company, I was making more money as an MA. Not cool. I'm quitting before I spend even more of my life going nowhere.

"Shifting" means that the new leadership has little faith in their Asst, Br Managers or many of their ARMs. Why do you think the 2 new ARM's were from out of Atlanta? Don't think for a moment that many of the "shifted" were happy with it, I heard they weren't given choices.

The BM base to select from in WW is very young. That's why both promotions to ARM came from outside the group. As far as the shifting is concerned, I heard one person was given a choice and all others were moved. With ESQI suffering like it is, some major players are on the chopping block. Therefore, they have make some moves in order to create ESQI.

Believe that their is not much "choice" when they come to you. Also, many tend to rise to expectations. The pool is not that young. You may want to ask some of the sr. branch mgrs about that!

Maybe. Depends on the person and I know for sure one person had a choice.

Should one regional rental manager be on the block? Or should he have been gone a long time ago? I hate his crap.

I think they are both feeling the heat of lack of ESQI.
