This phrase is just as important as asking the 3 critical questions. So make it part of your daily ERAC vocabulary. Incorporating “F&#$ING DEGENERATES” comes natural for most Enterprise employees. This is an astonishing claim since studies show that nearly all employees have never used the words
"F$%#ING" and “DEGENERATES” together in the same sentence until coming aboard with Enterprise. For the few who have trouble integrating this term into your day, here are some common uses for “F#$%ING DEGENERATES”:

1) Employee, “you said you had a major credit card…..this says DEBIT on the top…which would make this a debit card.”
Customer, “but I use it as a credit card too, well do you take Sam’s cards?”
Employee, “YOU F$%$ING DEGENERATE”

2) Employee, “Okay, I’m going to authorize your card for the amt + $150 that we spoke about over the phone, which is $275 total…SWIPE……It didn’t go through.
Customer, “oh, it’s got to be available?”
Employee, “YOU F&$@ING DEGENERATE”

3) Employee, “I can’t use these utility bills”
Customer, “why not?
Employee, “because you have a $500 past due on your power bill, and your lease says “subject to eviction.”
Customer, “but they show my address”
Employee, “YOU F$&@ING DEGENERATE

4) Employee, “Thanks for choosing Enterprise, how can I HELP YOUUUUUUU.”
Customer, “Do you take money orders?”
Employee, “YOU F&$@ING DEGENERATE”

5) Employee, “you came up on our DNR screen, I can’t rent you a car”
customer, “why?”
employee, “apparently we had to go get the car from you because you owed a balance of $1003.48.”
customer, “oh I paid that already”
Employee, “No you haven’t, and plus the notes say that the branch manager found you in our car on the side of the road cracked out, passed out, bruised and beaten. So out of my store “YOU F&%$ING DEGENERATE CRACKHEAD”

Reason 5 introduces the word for next weeks lesson…..”CRACKHEAD”

Hilarious! And true!!!! The company cares so much about the bottom line that we rent to F&*#%ING DEGENERATES all the time. Other rental car companies would not dare take this kind of risk.

But I guess other companies have a shortage of college graduates willing to play "REPO MAN" at 11pm on a Tuesday night, also.

How's Hertz hitting Atlanta? Didnt they take a few of the decent people EcRap had?

His 30 year erac resume was all good and gravy but he was the last of the real old school heads to hang around and the new captains of the ship didnt like the way he did things. Orlando. The 'prep-meeting' for Orlando. First of all, it was on a Friday morning of Mother's Day weekend. So this genius pulls all of his managers together for a meeting. Not that we would be needed in our offices to rent cars. Nope, we were in a meeting! What were we in a meeting about? Being told not to say anything in Orlando, but to say a little bit. HUH? And not to embarrass him. Anyway, I digress... so a manager asks the RVP, "Are we going to get together in Orlando and go out or something?" An ARM actually laughed out loud (I guess he knew the answer, and he quit when we got back anyway). And McMuffin actually said, "No, that's too hard. We won't see anyone down there anyway. Everyone will go in different directions." Knowing everyone in the room has cell phones and will room together and be in contact with each other all weekend, he says it's too hard to stay in contact.

So on Thursday night, (the first night down there) Heather (the RRM that actually cares about her people and tries to develop teamwork) worked like crazy to get every manager & ARM together for the dinner. EE had all their people there at 3 tables (except for GA who with his So. Cal boyz). And then at the VERY NEXT TABLE over was McMuffin! Sitting with all his guys from Texas. It would be too hard to get everyone together in Orlando, but we all did it and he managed to do it with people he didn't even work with anymore! When we all waved at him and said hello, he just smiled like he knew he had been busted -- and didn't even come sit with his people. His stock sunk incredibly low that night.

It's so bad in EE that in the last 3 months alone, an ARM left, 2 remarketing guys left on the same day (the only ones who made any money for us), another remarketing guy left, the FACILITIES MANAGER left (think about that, the level III facilities manager! WOW is it bad when someone walks away from that job!) The level III loss control manager just left! Are you kidding? And 7 managers have left. That's just in 3 months. Soon it will be 8 managers. I've had enough.

HEATHER REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT HER PEOPLE.... I WISH THE OLD ADDAGE, IT JUST TAKES ONE WOULD WORK IN THIS PLACE. HEATHER ALSO KNOWS EVERYTHING TOO.....

Dennis was not forced out of the company. He left for medical reasons. He is currently fighting cancer and unfortunately loosing the battle.

Well that is very sad to hear about Dennis but I don't think that is the reason that he left. I'm pretty sure he was shown the door. On the day he left he called an emergency staff meeting and basically told them to watch their backs (I heard this straight from someone that was in that meeting.) They even changed the security codes on all the doors at Maple the same day that he left.

The guy wasn't perfect but he sure cared a lot more about his people than anyone in the new team does.

Well here is the latest in the WW Mafia. You have to give props to Todd Hunt and his mid region. He had a high ESQI, promoting his people, and treating his managers right. I have nothing negative to say about Todd Hunt. Now De Luca also known as the hatchet man...I have nothing positive to say about him. You have alot of managers in his sub-region who are ready to quit and looking for other jobs. He sucks. He has two area managers that suck as well. A. Brumfriiled and J. Pro are garbage. Brunfield had a 60 EsQI for his branch at 0302. The reason being is that he still thinks he is a branch manager....slim shady. J Pro area is so jacked up her employees are really trying to get out. Management 101...micromanaging does not work. I will be quitting in 2 weeks to work for a bank and I can't wait. I am not going to give them 2 weeks but will quit on the spot. You have employees stealing gas, branch managers driving luxury cars home, fraternization (please see R. Wright and C. Ballard), an assistant manager showing his male genitalia to level 3's at a bowling outing but gets written up and not fired, people stealing from the cash box, and this punk De Lucca think that this is a good company....come on. The West Region is the most racist, backwards, and the unprofessional region in 03. Please do not work in this region. However if you do work in this region, please work under Vince, Josh, Charles, and Norm.
Sorry DeLucca...you didn't get your ESQI bonus!

You are so right! I will be giving my two weeks pretty soon. When I go marketing...i am actually going to interviews. Had to use the gas card to fill up..thanks WW.

The Truth in the WW Region of Enterprise

The grass is defineltely greener on the other side. I am writing this message not to bash anyone but to speak truth. This region is the worst, god awful region in the Atlanta group. I feel sorry for those of you who are in Jason De Lucca Sub region. He is a lying, "hey guys I can break dance" idiot. If you are in Todd Hunt's subregion then you will move up in the company. Regardless of what many might think about Todd Hunt, he is a performer. Now as far as those in Delucca region..get out while you can. First let's start with his area managers:

Thomas Jacobs: A complete idiot. If he quit wearing his pants so tight maybe he can breathe. Thomas will be having a retention problem pretty soon.

Jill Pro: I give her 3 more months until they walk that idiot out of the door. Why would they make her an area manager when she hasn't been in rental in years? Real smart Delucca. Did you get your ESQI bonus...um no! Do you know how many employees in this area are trying to quit and leave this idiot that they have as an area manager? They call her tattle tale Jill for a reason.

Aaron Brumfield: If there was an area manager who I thought was in special ed...this is the one. A real lazy kind of guy.

Charles Ellis: The best area manager that Delucca has.

Columbus Ballard: Are you kidding me? They should have fired him years ago, plus it doesn't look to hot in your fraternization policy that your live in girlfriend is the assistant manager at X2. Real smart Columbus. Use that dental plan to clean up your teeth.

To all of you 30,000 a year MT's that have been MT's for almost a year. Please understand this. This region is not making a profit. There are no new branched being created, and they only way you can get promoted is if someone quit or get fired. Don't believe the hype that they sell you. It is a shame that you have to use your college education to make $10 an hour, wash cars, and work late. My suggestion to you is to use your flex and vacation time to find a new job. Get out while you can.

Last but not least...DeLucca...enjoy your time while you can.
