| Well that is very sad to hear about Dennis but I don't think that is the reason that he left. I'm pretty sure he was shown the door. On the day he left he called an emergency staff meeting and basically told them to watch their backs (I heard this straight from someone that was in that meeting.) They even changed the security codes on all the doors at Maple the same day that he left. The guy wasn't perfect but he sure cared a lot more about his people than anyone in the new team does. |

| Well here is the latest in the WW Mafia. You have to give props to Todd Hunt and his mid region. He had a high ESQI, promoting his people, and treating his managers right. I have nothing negative to say about Todd Hunt. Now De Luca also known as the hatchet man...I have nothing positive to say about him. You have alot of managers in his sub-region who are ready to quit and looking for other jobs. He sucks. He has two area managers that suck as well. A. Brumfriiled and J. Pro are garbage. Brunfield had a 60 EsQI for his branch at 0302. The reason being is that he still thinks he is a branch manager....slim shady. J Pro area is so jacked up her employees are really trying to get out. Management 101...micromanaging does not work. I will be quitting in 2 weeks to work for a bank and I can't wait. I am not going to give them 2 weeks but will quit on the spot. You have employees stealing gas, branch managers driving luxury cars home, fraternization (please see R. Wright and C. Ballard), an assistant manager showing his male genitalia to level 3's at a bowling outing but gets written up and not fired, people stealing from the cash box, and this punk De Lucca think that this is a good company....come on. The West Region is the most racist, backwards, and the unprofessional region in 03. Please do not work in this region. However if you do work in this region, please work under Vince, Josh, Charles, and Norm. Sorry DeLucca...you didn't get your ESQI bonus! |

| The Truth in the WW Region of Enterprise The grass is defineltely greener on the other side. I am writing this message not to bash anyone but to speak truth. This region is the worst, god awful region in the Atlanta group. I feel sorry for those of you who are in Jason De Lucca Sub region. He is a lying, "hey guys I can break dance" idiot. If you are in Todd Hunt's subregion then you will move up in the company. Regardless of what many might think about Todd Hunt, he is a performer. Now as far as those in Delucca region..get out while you can. First let's start with his area managers: Thomas Jacobs: A complete idiot. If he quit wearing his pants so tight maybe he can breathe. Thomas will be having a retention problem pretty soon. Jill Pro: I give her 3 more months until they walk that idiot out of the door. Why would they make her an area manager when she hasn't been in rental in years? Real smart Delucca. Did you get your ESQI bonus...um no! Do you know how many employees in this area are trying to quit and leave this idiot that they have as an area manager? They call her tattle tale Jill for a reason. Aaron Brumfield: If there was an area manager who I thought was in special ed...this is the one. A real lazy kind of guy. Charles Ellis: The best area manager that Delucca has. Columbus Ballard: Are you kidding me? They should have fired him years ago, plus it doesn't look to hot in your fraternization policy that your live in girlfriend is the assistant manager at X2. Real smart Columbus. Use that dental plan to clean up your teeth. To all of you 30,000 a year MT's that have been MT's for almost a year. Please understand this. This region is not making a profit. There are no new branched being created, and they only way you can get promoted is if someone quit or get fired. Don't believe the hype that they sell you. It is a shame that you have to use your college education to make $10 an hour, wash cars, and work late. My suggestion to you is to use your flex and vacation time to find a new job. Get out while you can. Last but not least...DeLucca...enjoy your time while you can. |
