Here are my thoughts about being in WW. A couple of the Area Managers are cool..Vince, Josh, Ross, and Charles..true good area managers. The other Columbus, Norm, and Amy...can we get a personality? Now with the branches here are the cool ones...0301, the sorority house, 0302, the fraternity house, 0303, 0343, 0368, 0385, 0367, 0330, 037A, 03U1, and 03V3. Oh by the way there is branch manager meeting on Wednesday and an assistant branch manager meeting on Thurday..Yeah!

Ross is a good manager..i worked with him in the NN region. Charles is cool too...he just has a couple frat brothers without credit cards that insist on renting with his name as the reference on the CQ...LOL! 0301's the sorority house? i'm gonna have to go over there and add a couple cars tomorrow to scope them out..

Which Branch Managers suck in WW. Oh by the way I heard that Brad Sherman Group 03 Head of LCAMS just quit last week.

I had heard that also. They did not put that out on a MSO1 but I heard it was true. I also got a question, why is it that Columbus area sucks. His branches barely has ESQI? Plus he can't keep his employees. 0301 looks like a sorority house...real diversity there Columbus. All of his assistant managers are women. Interesting?

Well here is crap for you. If your branch has ESQI then you can keep $250 AM, $500 BM in your commission check. If you don't then you lose that. Real smart economics there DAVE!

Well the ESQI came out today....The top 3 worst branches with bad ESQI--0301 with a 69, 0370 with a 69, and last but not least 03x4 with a 62.

lol. my area did a 68 and lost 3 people.

I think 03x4 will have a branch manager opening soon. Also a I know a couple of assistant managers are already thinking about leaving. Stay Tuned!
