What happened to the manager in Acworth?

I believe he sleeps with the fishes. Also some guy named Shannon got promoted to a BM spot.

I have worked at ERAC in 03WW for a few months now, and I know all the standard beefs with why people are gone from erac, but why are there all these openings. People quitting? Getting fired? Mainly, WHO GOT FIRED?, and is there always this much turnover? I was told there was some, but this is crazy.

First off, no one ever really gets 'fired' from 03. They don't want to have to pay unemployment.

Second, YES there is always this much turnover. When you set your employees up for failure as has been the case with occupancy this summer, turnover is going to continue to be high. Mgmt just doesn't get it.

I called in sick the other day and went to a job fair...guess who was there? ENTERPRISE! LOL! man i had to duck and dodge them recruiters from spotting me...i went on 3 interviews and they all told me that they had had a lot of enterprise people interviewing and were like whats going on with enterprise, why are you all looking for new jobs? I just laughed..one crazy thing though, one of the fair organizers said that a "regional manager" with Enterprise from the Atlanta area was there definitely looking for a change...it was a white male. Anyone got a good guess who that could have been? Mr Lamonte maybe perhaps? I wish I would have spotted him! The girl couldnt remember the name...

Well from what is said on this board, it could be any of a whole slew of them. According to this site, there is no diversity in the upper ranks in 03WW, so there is no telling who it really was. How many other ERAC managers/assistants did you see there looking?
