The Good Ol Boy System is alive and rampant in Atlanta. I currently am a branch manager in the Atlanta Group 03 WW Region. Out of 40 branches there are only 3 African American branch managers. Also there are only 4 women managers. Yesterday, we had our branch manager meeting in Woodstock to discuss our new pay plan due to the fact that our RVP has such poor perforance. I am now taking a $3,000 pay cut.

Why don't they just fire Dave?

Dave never visits branches, he just stays in his glass house and plays whirleyball!

I am in the NN region. If you have made it to Branch manager, congratulations. You've done more than ninety something percent of eracers ever will. Now its time for you to polish up your resume and use your great experience and dip into some other career where you can make real money. I dont think many branch managers make much more than 50k 60k max per year. I know an MT that just left and got a job with Pfizer and is making that right now as a base, PLUS commission. Theres no point in praying for that ARM job, its not gonna happen. Too far, too few...and too many people killing themselves for the "dream job" thats really a nightmare.

I knew ol Dennis wouldnt fire him, that would have been admitting a mistake. But I figured the new GM would figure out quick what a complete failure Lamonte is.

Anyone know if the local yokels still kiss his ass for promotions?

I was told by inside sources that Dennis Reinhardt was forced out. His 30 year erac resume was all good and gravy but he was the last of the real old school heads to hang around and the new captains of the ship didnt like the way he did things. He reportedly was paid very handsomely to leave...but he definitely was pushed out the front door.

Yankee Mafia Dave is still the RVP of WW. When I first met Dave I thought he was cool and everything but now I think he is pathetic. Dave the reason why your region has not made ESQUI in a minute is because you have poor excuses for Branch Managers. But don't worry Dave, we will see an MSO1 by Dick Janicki that states," Dave Lamonte has decided to pursue other options, we wish him well and thank him for his hard work." It's coming Dave!

Here are my thoughts about being in WW. A couple of the Area Managers are cool..Vince, Josh, Ross, and Charles..true good area managers. The other Columbus, Norm, and Amy...can we get a personality? The Regional Managers..Todd and Daluca..great guys, will not BS you and they give it to you real. Dave the RVP..sucks. Now with the branches here are the cool ones...0301, the sorority house, 0302, the fraternity house, 0303, 0343, 0368, 0385, 0367, 0330, 037A, 03U1, and 03V3. Oh by the way there is branch manager meeting on Wednesday and an assistant branch manager meeting on Thurday..Yeah!

So what makes ol Lamonte so bad sales wise?

I know he's an a$$hole and arrogant as the day is long, but what about the numbers?
