Area C - Does anyone feel me

I love this site. I am currently at ERAC and this shit is the worst. As soon as i find another job that pays 1 dollar more i'm out this bitch. you work 50 plus hours and you get paid peanuts. you try to sell this cdw shit, wash cars, deal with angry customers all day, and u have to explain to people why you only have 3 fucking cars on your lot all day. and at the end of the day after breaking your back you still get reprimanded because you only sell at like 56% and your esqi is like 60. This shit is for the birds and i love the site. Does anyone feel me. i work in 03AA on the southside and TN is my area manager. does anyone else feel me???

I feel ya, it is hard for us to honor peoples reservations. Cars are not maintained properly, often being put back on the road to make money. It just taxing and not worth the stress. I feel you.

I really feel you. This is the worst job, (not career) that I have ever had. This
pyramid scheme of a job is really getting to me. It is amazing to me how cunning those at the top ,have really fooled those of us who slave here, into thinking one can really move up in the organization. As pyramids soon run out of potential candidates to recruit, so will enterprise.

It's the same bullshit across the board, whether you're in Florida, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania. You work hard, control the operational flow of your branch, offer superior customer service, but if your CDW sales slip then you are worthless in ERAC's eyes.

Hell yes I feel ya, or should I say I used to feel ya. I use to work at this company and man it was the dumbest decision of my life. I went thru all the bullshit that you talked about. Make sure you get you another job asap I'm very serious don't sit on your hands, you should be looking now while you are on the internet. I got another job making way more money and only having to work 40 hrs, and no weekends. I played the hand that was dealt to me the best way I could while I was there, so listen to me and all these other posters get the HELL out of there....
