Everyone is being forced out

Gp03 used to be a great place to work- at least Dennis took care of his people, while he was making money! Now all the do is say your maxed out, take bonuses away, and expect you to come up with "cost Saving" ideas....bull shit- it is upper management that is becoming very unethical- profit affects their paychecks, not ours....and you wonder why people are leaving???? Don't be surprised about it-upper management is making it happen so they can reap the benefits of hiring college grads to start at $24,000, which only impacts the bottom line (ie) more money they make! I am frustrated with how my career is going. I used to love getting up in the morning and going to work. I used to say ERAC was a great place to work...not any more!!!!
