Group 03

Believe it or not, my region was just hit a massive percentage cuts because our ESQI sucks. Managers salaries dropped 1500 per year and commissions were cut by 2%!! Needless to say, Group 03 sucks and so does Enterprise. I am handing in my resignation next week!!! What are these fools thinking if they believe people are going to take this standing? If you think ESQI is bad, wait until to see the retention numbers.

In Atlanta Group WW, we had our branch managers meetings and they rolled out this pathetic pay plan. I also will be handing my resignation next week, after Orlando.

Sounds like a real motivator to me. Instead of giving you the tools to succeed... threaten with a pay cut. I'll bet things have been great under the gun.....

I'll bet the L4 that thought up this plan isn't around too long.

i just left thecompany after 1 year and got a job in med sales that starts me off making 60k base for about 35 hours with bonus and a company car. Everyone in 03 knows me because i was at top of matrix for 7 straight months. IT'S EASY 2 GET JOB WITH ERAC ON RESUME, JUST NEED TIME WORKING THOSE 50+ HOUR WORK WEEK

ive just been doing alot of reading and damn it seems like every body hates ERAC. ive only been here 3 mos and im sick of it already but everyday i try and remind myself that im greatful to be fresh out college and employed. Mr. tpc tell me a little bit about your 60k paying job with fewer hours. i plan to stay for atleast 6mos and then i think im out

Let me know about your new job. I was number one on the Matrix as well in Group 03 for 8 straight months. I have been with the company over 1 1/2 years and I want out! All they do is ride the backs of those who are successful and drive you into the ground working 50+ hours a week. All the while feeding you BS about "the big picture" and "getting promoted". Mostly, I am sick of ignorant people who rent cars,who can't afford to pay their power bills, telling me what to do and having to bend over and take it up the rear everytime some reserves a compact car and we actually have one to give them and they find a reason to hate it so we give them something for free to make them happy.

I want a job where I am respected not trampled on. I didn't go to a D-1 school and get a degree to get a response from people about my job like "Oh, you rent cars all day?" and "What do you plan to do when you finish school?"
