 no holiday pay for interns On the ERAC web page is boast about hiring 8000 interns in 2007, that is great for summer jobs. However, they also do not pay the interns for normally paid national holidays like Memorial Day, 4th of July. What a great Savings for ERAC, screw the interns! It is not the interns decision to close the store on the holidays. But the full time employee`s get paid for the holidays. Why would an intern want to go back to work for this outfit after graduation?  |
