Finally some good news......GP05 posts have been dead for too long. Good riddance to a lousy piece of trash. Sounds like Larry D. couldn't protect him any longer....

He must be retired at 40 and sipping on a margarita on some white sand beach.

lol.....let me hear it......"pro athlete money", "six figures six years", "livin' the dream"........i guess for a pathetic feeble mind individual with limited choices in life, a six figure income is living the dream. where would we be in this world without such mediocrity???????

Mr. Aloha Boy, why do you have so much animosity toward Anteco? God has blessed him with another opportunity. Apparently you are no longer with ERAC and have some unresolved issues. You should probably seek counseling and get those resolved so that you so not have the same mishaps with your current employer, if you are currently employed. Aloha, boy!

I think Mr. Aloha has no idea who Anteco is. Mr. Aloha seems to be one of those dorks who hangs out on this site all day trying to prove something. Just be glad Anteco's gone....he did nothing for anybody, and proved that he was a rotten manager. He fired his employees for getting DUI's, while he was saved from his own DUI because he was black, and Kurecka owed him something, whatever it may have been. Glad he's gone somewhere else to ruin other employee's lives.

Love him or Hate him, you have to respect the dedication he showed to ERAC for years. He was one of the hardest workers that place has seen. His attention to detail was second to none, and he expected that from his crew. He was able to build great relationships with his accounts, many of his employees, (not all obviously, he was tough) and his numbers reflected it. People that didn't like him couldn't handle his management style. That is expected, not everyone thinks the crumb in the corner of the lobby is really a big deal while you have 9 people in line waiting for their car that you don't have to give them. He did, that kind of intensity got him to where he was in his career. I say good luck with the new gig, he is going to succeed wherever he goes.

Don’t get me wrong, I liked Antico. However, Antico was not promoted on his talents as a branch manager, nor was it because he was well regarded by his superiors. He got promoted because he stood up in a meeting (one that was being hosted by our corporate diversity manager – the purpose was to create a more diverse work force and vendor base) in front of Bruce K. At this time, he was still a lowly branch manager and the only level 2 manager in the meeting. He pointed out in front of all the rest of the level 3 and 4 managers in the city and the newly appointed corporate diversity manager from St Louis “If you are black and working for Enterprise you must do the tour that no white guy must. You have to work in KCK, Downtown, Paseo, and Raytown. Why, because you want your branches to mirror our customers. In other words, your customer base is black so the employees need to be black. Only problem is the assistant managers and down are black but the branch managers are white. Then you compare our branches performance to that of 0501 and 0514 where there are no blacks working, and tell us that until we get our profits up we can not get promoted”. Bruce was so horrified that Teco was promoted almost immediately just to prove GP05 was not raciest. Teco underperformed every day he was there, but he was the poster boy for possibilities. I guess the racial thing is not a concern any more, so he was invited to leave. Way to ride that train to the end.
