Default Shakedown

For anyone who isn't paying attention, there's a shakedown, or a houe cleaning going on. Mark Funston, who was the manager at 01 was heavily pursuaded, if not forced, out of rental. And now, Anteco, who couldn't stop telling people how much he loved Enterprise, all of a sudden has decided to leave the state with another company? No, there's a change going on.

I have read an email from Tony directed to GRM's. Tony is very upset over the sales numbers being put up by group 05. From this email, DK forwarded a message to ARM's. While nothing specifically was stated, the threat was obvious. DK stated that standards and sales requirments could and would become much tougher, and told them AM's if the sales numbers didn't pick up, "the other shoe would drop"

Now, Mike Fowler was GIVEN area 054, which arguably is one of the busiest and largest areas in the city (as far as cars go). And he's been an area manager for what, six months? And after the Teco dismissal, the postion didn't open, but was simply given to Mike Fowler.

There are strange things afoot people. And the other shoe is about to drop, and we'll see what happens to the people at Enterprise.

It's simple, and has been VERY evident since 2002. The culture in GP05 has gone down the toilet. There are no more parties, no more outings, no one can drink anymore, no fun whatsoever. Now, work is not all about fun, but there HAS to be fun when you are working a 60+ hour work week. McKinnis and the 3 Stooges (and Peterson) have sucked all of the fun out GP05. The minute Kruenegel left, the Group went to shit, and most people know that. Yeah, I've been gone awhile, and that's one of the main reasons I left. Too much work, very little reward and/or recognition. I say let "the other shoe drop" because heads need to roll around there if McKinnis, 3 Stooges, and Peterson want to see some good paychecks again. And the first heads to roll should belong to McKinnis and Peterson. Management for Dummies, anyone?

And Funston was forced out because he is an idiot, too much of an idiot to handle 0501. Fowler has some management skills, but he needs some work.

You're an idiot! Maybe a FOOL even! Funston QUIT...And Fowler is one of the best if not the best manager in the group. You should probably check your facts before you begin running off at the mouth. Do your homework and check back with us later.

You can call me what you want. But if you think about it, rarely does anyone "quit" in GP05. What happens is upper management gets you out of your current position (if you are risking their paycheck), puts you in a less desireable position, so that you will eventually quit. If that doesn't make sense, remember what's happened to Barackman, Estell, Ledoux, Mikkelson, Talbott, the list will continue. The 4 Stooges and Peterson never ever solve the problem, they prolong the problem, making a lot of people suffer in the meantime. Yes, Funston is a fool. The only reason he made it where is is because of Anteco. Fowler is inexperienced, but I'm sure will be a fine ARM soon.

Larry and his brother Darrell and his other brother Darrell (Bob Newhart reference for you youngins) and the Tennessee Towel Head are terrorizing their employees because they realize that they have no one left to blame. It is time for corporate to eliminate the problem with a preemptive strike. Remove Osama Bin Peterson, Mr. Hillbilly and the bumbling idiots from power and let the fun begin. Jethro, its time to load up the truck and move back to Tennessee!

Who are the "3 Stooges" you're referring to?
