| I was told by a friend that MT's are paid by the hour. But on this pay sheet they give to potential employees it does not mention the hourly rate. All it says is that if you work 50 hours a week you'll earn $30,001.40 for a year's work. If you break the math down that $30,001.40/ 2,600 hours which should equal $11.5 an hour, yet I've heard from people on this site they only make $10 an hour or even less. Can anyone explain their pay scale?? |

| When I worked for the ERAC I got paid $400 a week + Hourly Overtime when I was an MT. I do know that MT's and MA's got raises about a year ago. If you count all the hours you worked including overtime you would be looking at close to $14.00/Hr. while you are an MT working on an avg. of 55 hours a week. $10-11 bucks an hour is a farce, not that $14 is much better -- (That is what mortage brokers make when they close one loan a month) |

| ERAC's pay scale is partially varied depending on location. The cost of living in one locality will be different than that of another. ERAC will pay its new employees just barely above the poverty level in the respective region they work in. |

| Not always true. I worked in KC and also in Chicago. The starting pay for an MT was exactly the same and obviously Chicago is way more expensive than KC. |

You need to include the calculation of overtime, so the math equation should look like this for a year (52 weeks) assuming you are working 2,600 hours during that time period: regular pay: 40 hours x 52 weeks = 2,080 hours overtime pay: 2,600 hours - 2,080 hours = 520 hours 2080(x) + 520 * 1.5(x) = $30,000 $10.49/hour |

I guess the gurls at Enterpuke have other options....they can just strap a mattress to they's back and get rich on weekends. But what are the mens gonna do??? | You really could make $10.49/hr at Price Chopper, McDonalds, and Chucky Cheese! Pathetic use of a college degree! 6 figures in 6 years eh? Ask Shire when he is going to be the next area manager. Oh' I forgot that you do get to drive a cargo van or neon home though. Run away from the green diaper gooh! |

| Don't forget taxes, after working in MO and KS it really works out to be around $19K a year. Don't believe the shit you hear in training. 100k in 6 years, only if your ass isn't fired first. My recommendation, find a new job. You have to ask yourself, is you life worth $19k a year, mine was not! |

| And don't forget the "mandatory" donations to United Way, which are just about ready to start. This is usually a hot topic, and here is an example of how bad it is. Last year, I decided not to give to United Way, but decided to give to another charity. GP05 has always wanted 100% participation, and will bribe the employees to give (casual days if at 100%, etc). When my immediate manager noticed I had not given, he gave for me, simply because the pressure to give was too great. How bad is that. |
