I don't think anybody will come asking for their jobs back. Most of the successful LOs saw this coming and went elsewhere before they shut it down. The funny thing is, this is the worst the mortgage market has been in 10 years and I can still make more money than I could at "e". Cleary nobody is getting promoted out of Group 05. They have to fire or make people quit to get any kind of movement. Sad.

I would bet good change the majority of ERAC movement is purely due to someone either being terminated or quitting in comparison to movement due solely to an opening coming about due to advancement.
