Default What happened to Ledoux?

I see all this talk, gossip, drama in rental. What about the admin offices, remarketing, vehicle acq.? Does anyone know the "real" story about Ledoux getting fired?

In my opinion I think TONY is in HOT water with corporate. Costs are WAY out of control for the group and since RENTAL doesn't make JACK he has to cut costs in other areas such as admin and VA. Sucks to see all of the "good" people getting pushed out the door. Patti, Roger, etc.

If a few key rental managers quit this group would be in shambles. I would like to see DK out in a rental branch answering the phone. "Thanks for calling ERAC this is group rental manager Dwayne Kureca, can I book you a weekend special, oh hold on let have you talk with someone who can help you."

Bullshit, look at every replacement that has come in. They are all getting paid more than the veteran that got forced out. It is about polotics and the only problem is E is horendous at politics. Look at the sports arena. Can you remember a more debotched attempt at a political campaign since Howard Dean talked himself out of the white house?

The truth is that those replacing the over 40 crowd that is getting fired are not making more and the purpose is not to just save money but to create an illusion of growth for the mind numb newbie to have hope to hold on to. I know several of the over 40 crowd that was fired and lets say if it was a money saving event it was a big mistake. It is going to cost them a lot more money. If money is no concern then they accomplished their goal.

Everyone who has worked there knows it is about politics. They have forced a couple of people out Like Roger Estell and others. Everyone is replacable and I hope they fail but the sad realization is that Enterprise is a very smart company but dumb i upper management. They have some employee's that really give a shit about sutomers and service and all upper management cares about is money. they don't realize that if you treat customers well enough that don't earn you alot of money in the beginning will refer you and you will end up a bigger winner in the end.
