what the hell is up with you crazy ass people? are you on crack? and don't you realize you're NOT gonna make a shit load of money renting cars? today was my first experience with ERAC b/c my car is in the body shop since some asshole hit it. once i get my car back...I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

you're all on crack especially when it comes to selling those "protection packages". how many fucking times do i have to say NO for you to get the picture?
