| Ok what tha hell is going on. Why is it on an erac check it says salary however your paid by the hour. And why is it ERAC allows some of its workers who are level one employees to be paid Salary why others are on the Hourly and they all work in the same DEPARTMEnt what tha hell.... IS this not an ECLO issue or what |

| Yes I have heard about this problem. I hear that Fleet Services just dropped one of there salary employees to hourly per St. Louis. (ya right) But I also hear that there trying to figure out how to handle an employee at 99 that asked why she wasn't paid as much has her counterparts or paid the same way. And guess what shes black with a college degree and so is the Fleet services employee and their counter parts don't have degrees. From my understanding no one was able to give her an answer. Except that the others did the same type of work as the managers in the region. However their never at any of our Remarketing meetings and last i checked when the managers are out either their drivers or their clerks are doing the work. Not the over paid 99 employees. But if she looks hard enough she can find out that HR/Management has to follow test to determine who is paid exempt and non exempt and they could never justifiy why she and the others in her department are paid much less than there counterparts let alone less than there counterparts from Fleet Services. Any job that perfers degrees when hiring counts education years higher than experience years. Not to mention law shows that the work conducted does not have to be the same but similar. So I say HAVE EECO SUE"EM |
