I think your Caps lock hates ERAC more than you do.

These are the main reasons ERAC is number one:
1. They usually (but not always) tend to have the cheapest rates.
2. There are a fucktillion locations in every city.
3. They'll overbook their reservations by 300% if they can. (Always resulting in the customer waiting for god knows how long for a car to be returned or for another branch to give up a dented-ass Cobalt that smells like a shit-covered pig's cunt.)

4. Shadily selling ancillary products (Unnecessary, bullshit insurance) to customers through mis-informing or ill-informing so as to fuck them in the ass upon return of said vehicle.
5. Recruiting only people with degrees, ensuring a good work ethic for them to exploit like a 10 yr old in a Vietnamese sweatshop. (At least they don't have to wear a suit and tie everyday.)
6. Vastly underpaying those poor people.
7. Keeping them on board by "selling the dream". (The only people who are dumb enough to follow this for longer than 1-1.5 years probably didn't earn their degree from the most prestigious of schools. *cough* Prairie View A&M *cough*
