Default Expense Reimbursement

Does anyone know if Enterprise reimburses for the use of cell phones? I'm constantly required to make calls to customers and receive calls from the branch using my cell phone. Now that all my rollover minutes are gone (we used to rollover approximately 500 a month) I'm paying for a lot of calls out of pocket. After reviewing my bill, the majority of these calls are all Enterprise related. On the salary of a trainee, this is hardly feasible.

meh, if they did it would take months before you saw the money
and more or less you'd be seen as petty/not able to hack it.
to excel at erac you gotta take it hard in the ass and smile.
if you flinch or clinch up you're not a team player and couldn't hack it

Good luck, and they wont pay for the bill or give u a phone either. Not to mention reimbersing your credit card bill. they take their sweet time and you either have to pay it yourself or get finance charges

Has anybody tried to be reimbursed? I guess the alternative is to turn my phone off during working hours.

A better alternative would be to find a new job.

Of course that would be the best alternative. Unfortunately, it seems Enterprise doesn't really offer any transferable skills to a more profitable career.

Just turn off your fn phone... quit being stupid! Why would you even give your office your cell number? You are an fn MT! If your office really needs to get a hold of you, they can afford nextels... thats is what our large offices do. The world will not end if your office can't call you while you are picking up a customer.

Or, you could just spend the extra $5/month and get unlimited minutes. Quit complaining. Do your job, or find another one.

In the UK I was never made aware of being able to have phone calls reimbursed until I'd been there six months. Then we could claim back £10/month. Then they stopped it.
