Anybody Here From Group 06?

Well allot of nothing. Don't get me wrong I don't mind working hard. But it is sad that enterprise does so well but treats its employees like shit!!. I have been with them for years and like all others i to have a degree and i can't understand why it is they just refuse to pay us. I work for region a and I have only found out that you can only make it up to the top if your sleeping with your manager. Check this Out. example branch off of 290 had a mt who was sleeping with the am of the branch and dumped him to sleep with the bm needless to say she was a bm within her first year. and her boyfriend the bm got an area managers poistion in San Ant. and she quit and went off to marry him. another position gone to waist. One am (who became a bm after she quit her first week of being a bm came back to reg a a few weeks later to a am position and returned to a bm in a month) dated (while he was still married) and married the area manager over reg e and now they split and shes gone.... another poistion gone to waist. All of this after he went to FL for the annual managers meeting and made a BABY with a woman no one knows. the area manager in reg. a was dating the recuriting manager for years prior to upper management finding out. I am so surprise erac has not been sued. over this. there are a lot of people passed by because they are not sleeping their way up the ladder!!!

WHO was on the bus for the 0699 outing that included a movie that said the "N" word several times. And who noticed HR in the back of the bus ducking their head as if they could not here it. "movie in ? Office Space

and guess who put the movie in the groups controller of 0699

oct. 24, 2006 took clips with my cell phone i was to out done that they played it and right before they did they said if we were offended that they would turn it off (I was thinking it was the show they show on tv as a series) but if you know anything about erac if you tell them no then they will find some way to let you go. What could we say pull over and let us off the bus. Or oh yes although this movie is pg 13 i just think its cool to say the "n" word or show naked women while your paying me. I feel if they would not show it to their kids as level 3 managers they should know that you should not show this at work. And on top of it the people on the bus who watched the movie were level one ,two, and three managers but I guess when their not black they were not offended. BUT YOU COULD TELL EVERYONE WAS SOME WHAT UP TIGHT ABOUT IT. AND WHO DO YOU GO TO MOST OF THE MANAGERS ON THE BUS ARE ON THE ETHICS BOARDS THEY HAVE SO THAT LETS YOU KNOW. HOW GROUP 06 IS AND THIS IS A VERY COMMON THING. WITH THEM I HAD A AM SEND ME A EMAIL THAT I KEPT A COPY OF THAT SAID ALL BLACKS LOOK ALIKE AND HR KICKED IT UNDER THE RUG AND I LATER FOUND OUT HR WAS HER MENTOR.

If by 0699 controller, you mean Tom Gresham, that guy is an idiot. They should show a movie about gays and see how much he likes that.

so are you saying it was the right time and the right place to show such a movie if so I feel something is wrong with the both of you. If CNN FOX and every other news station had an issue with that guy who had a racist rant on TV was an issue I think playing that movie on the bus was a big one!!! There were alot of people who found it to be foul and are bitting their lips on it. But I guess she would not since her asst. Cindy W. brought the movie to watch at work on a early day. It should be a problem if you ask me a major one you couldn't show such a movie at school and I am sure she wouldn't allow her kid to watch it so she should not allow it at work. That's all to it it was in bad taste. But we have to deal with emails from Tom G. about how to and how not to RSVP. I am sure that the movie Tom G. showed was some how in violation of our handbook both of them........ So if she had a problem or not it doesn't matter there was more than one person offended on that bus with the showing of that movie and that's all it takes. Plus she wasn't on the bus. and as a HR mananger over the group she should know better as a black woman she should know better....
