I worked for them for 3 years. I quickly made it to branch manager and all was going good, well let me restate that, as good as it gets after ruining numerous 500 dollar plus suits and being lied to constantly and then when I wanted to move up it became a who do you know game. I benefited from new managers coming in from California to region E (north Houston) I learned how they did it in Cali, which needless to say was the best way to cheat. Being a new employee I never really new that what I was learning was the wrong way, but because of my new area and branch managers I assumed it was normal. After 7 months and countless "damage waiver" sales and smoozing the right people I made branch manager, that's when the downward spiral began. The hr lady had it out for me, my upper-management mentors were being fired like crazy, and I was left to try to survive with the cynical and somewhat jealous area and branch managers left standing when the dust settled. I had my eye on an area managers spot and at the last minute i was fired for violating" a clear and known" company policy. I have often heard of this reason for dismissal but to this day don't know what it was. However this was set in motion by a competing area manager who wanted the area I was applying for. Needless to say since I have been gone my career has turned around and I have let go of all my hate for this "turn and burn" company. But I never miss a chance to tell people how much they suck!!

Used to work for ERAC. Kept chasing the carrot.
Quit years ago and making double not to mention working less hours.

I Worked In The Houston Area. I Worked For Erac For 4 Years In Another Group And Moved To Houston. The Morale Was Pathetic And The Management Acted As If They Were Still College Students. It Was Really Sad, I Loved The Group That I Came From And Probably Would Still Be Working For Erac. The Company Is Good...... Sometimes Management Stinks

I worked at 99 for nearly 7 years. Bob Parker was a fair VP, but couldn't hire a controller/business manager worth a damn to save his life. From what I hear since I left nearly two years ago is that things have gotten much worse (hard to believe they could get worse).
