Default Leaving 06 C was the best thing that ever happened to me!

Although most people at the branch manager level and lower were cool, most people above that level were absolutely hideous excuses for human beings with some notable exceptions.

Alex Omar (business manager) was very cool.
Donald Moffet (loss control/branch manager) was also very cool.
Gary Singleton was also very cool.
Ella Robinson was also very cool.

With all that being said, here are the people at the top of the suck pile:

Matt Lawson (RVP) is a tobacco-chewing "new money" redneck. Phil Dyson (RRM) is probably the closest thing to a modern-day Steppin Fetchit there is. All of the area managers suck. Period. The women in HR were probably the ugliest group of women in captivity (inside and out) and should never be let back out into the wild.

I worked for the company for too long and I have yet to see any employees past or present say that they like/liked working for ERAC. I feel sorry for the friends I left behind trapped in the green jungle surrounded by monkies. I feel like a former crackhead whose been clean for a long time and can't figure out why I let someone convince me to smoke crack in the first place. I am glad I got out of that ninth circle of hell before someone convinced me that making $32,000 a year with a college degree is a good thing. Working for ERAC is burger flipping with benefits. I'm surprised they made me wear a suit to work everyday instead of a headset and a smock like people at fast food drive thrus.

Is that wack dude Phil Dyson still there? I wonder if he thinks Lawson will ever let him move into the big house.

8years in and I still love this place. I can't imagine why you would say these hateful things about our great company. Work hard so we can reward you. Are you lazy? What happened? Perhaps you would like a 2nd chance. www.enterprise.com/careers
it's never too late...

Too bad half of your region quit or got fired! Car preps are now Branch Managers and one guy misspelled his own name and top it off they fired Matt. When your RVP gets fired that means something is REALLY going wrong.
