Default Jim Bryan

Does anyone know about Jim Bryan these days? He was my manager at the downtown, Travis and Grey location around 1990-1991. Last I had heard from The Firestone manager in 95' was that he was city manager.
I must say, my 10 months as a MT were just as everyone has written on here, 15 years latter. Nothing has changed I see!

Yes, I thought he was a good guy. Looking back, he sure did make things run as smooth as possible. And we did get lunch breaks, unlike they do today, apparently.
It seemed as if Jim would go far with Enterprise, I wonder how long he stayed with them? I know he was a P.E. graduate from Texas A & M, and started with Enterprise around 84' or so. He had a buddy named J.B. at the time too, who was an area manager, is office was at the Med center location.
I used to hear through the grapevine, that Jim told them make me a manager, or I quit, so they made him a manager.

Well, let me dispel the lunch rumor. Our employees get lunches. Every day.

No truth to the "make me a manager" story.

J.B. is doing well.

I wonder what ever happened with Charles Allday ( Splooge, as Jim called him), Leanna, Jill, or Corneilus. I remember the day I quite, it wasn't handled right by me, but I just couldn't take it anymore. After picking up a car or something, around 10:30 in morn, I said "Jim, I'm leaving". He said, "Are you sure you want to do this?", I'm like, well yeah..said something about an uncle in Spring...Jim, said "well, if you got something else better to do", "but you know, this ain't cool", refer to me quiting like I did.

Default Charles Allday

Charles got fired/quite i hear after the new RVP got on him about his area's numbers however word was that he wanted to marry Beth Place but Todd was not having it. However some truth to it it looks like in harris County records it shows they had applied for a LIC at the time. If you go in and check the system looks like the got married a little time after Charles. Left. It took some time for Mrs Place to change her name in the system but now she claims it. Hope she doesn't make ex wife # 4. Lord knows he can't afford to pay for another house he does not live in... I guess Charles what goes around comes around. Looks like after he left everyone got a promo most are LCAMS or Area Managers NOW. Guess who your DADDY now Charles \\\

love ya
:)

I call BS on the lunch "rumor". I have just left the company and I can't tell you how many times I didn't get a lunch. Not to mention the asst amanger at 0648 in Texas City told us that we were going to have a office lunch and then the bitch had enough balls to tell us that we needed to clock out for the office lunch that she suggested because she wouldn't allow us to go to lunch.

Yeah, lunch is a rumor! I still work for the company and I can tell you that we never get a lunch either. If you are still hungry call region A and ask Margaret to deliver the left over sandwiches in her desk drawer to your branch. She clearly is over ordering sandwiches on purpose. But if you can't convince her then tell 48's employees to just walk out because they can't get in trouble. They have a right to eat lunch.
