| Where do I want to begin with Enterprise and Region C. For starters, Alex Omar is 100% of the reason that I stayed there as long as I did. Second, they do have a monthly birthday celebration every month where you get free cake. Finally, there are some good people that work there. Now that I have given you the positives of Enterprise, let's give you the other side of the coin. First, Enterprise pays well below average. To expect for a company to be able to pay MT's $30,000/year and accountants $32,000/year is ridiculous. The average starting salary for accountants is $45,000/year and they wonder why they have a hard time finding people to work in the accounting department. Second, to pay someone twice as much as someone else for doing the same job is crazy. While I was at Enterprise my job responsibilities were the same as everybody else in my department, yet I was making less than some people and less than half of what one person was making. Can you justify that? Speaking of justification, can you please justify why Matt Lawson can get a commission bonus of $48,000 on one paycheck? I didn't make that in an entire year with the company. Finally, the people that are "the bosses" in the company spend half of their time goofing off. I remember when HR (you know who I'm talking about) was complaining about having a very long and stressful day. To my amazement I found out that they had spent all day at Garden Ridge buying gifts and decorations to decorate the Christmas Tree in the office. Who cares about the employees who are willing to slit their own throat so they can leave. One final note, if you are a level III or higher, learn to use your own cell phone. It's not brain surgery, read the manual or call the 1-800 number. You all act like you have never used a cell phone before. To sum it up. 1. Alex Omar is the one thing keeping that place alive. 2. The people in the accounting department are too good for that company. 3. The area managers are cool. 4. The branch managers are cool, but you have to hold their hand in everything b/c they act like this is their first time doing anything. 5. Remarketing is awesome. They are the ones that are actually making the money in the region. 6. The RVP is actually not a bad guy, he just doesn't know what he is doing. Don't you find it odd that all of your "performing" employees are leaving? I find it amazing that over 20 people have quit in the past 2 months. To counter your shortage, you have promoted people that are not ready yet. Another great idea from Enterpise. Don't forget: "We'll pick you up." |

| You're right. Alex Omar rocks. Those ARMs you mentioned--not so sure about that one. That entire company is a train wreck that is one class action law suit away from being financially crippled. Working 60-70 hours a week to bring home a paltry $30,000 gets old really quickly. Thanks, ERAC for bolstering my resume so a company that gives a crap about its employees could hire me. I'm loving the $75K I'm making now (working 40 hours a week). Way to go! |

working for you was a waste of time and money and it tarnishes your resume because employers don't really want to see ERAC on your resume. |

| Cursing is dumb! Those of us who still work for the company. Love this site because you ex employees tell us what is really going on in the company. How else would I have found out that I want to work for Alex Omar or that some Angela chick has a smokin bod or that people in region A take depression pills? |

| Enterprise is an awful place to work, at least in some parts, but it did look great on my resume and helped me get into doors I couldn't have gone thru otherwise. I believe there are tons of former ERAC employees all over the nation working at quality jobs in excellent companies and when they see Enterprise on your resume they know right off that you're tough as nails and at least smart enough to get out. I can't count how many people I've run into over the years that worked for ERAC and have similar stories to tell. Most of them went on the bigger and better jobs but still consider ERAC a springboard and a good learning experience. |

---------- Whoaaaa buddy. You got some money in the pocket and you are no longer an Enterprise Alum, huh? You were a glorified car prep too. Enjoy driving your own car, paying for gas, maintanence, and a car note. Instead of investing in a car I sold mine and I drive Andy's cars for free and even invested into a true asset...a house. I may be a glorified car prep too, but I can tell you that most of us ERAC employees are worth more than you. You might make more, but the true question is if that money is paying off the debt that you probably incurred as an employee which caused you to quit in the first place. So who is really making more money? |

| Who made over $12000 a month working for erac?? if so did you work at 99 AA CC DD or EE ADMIN if not you may want to divide your $12000/month income by the total number of hours worked that month to find out your true value chances are your being cheated like the rest of us!!! You LIKEEEE! fyi BUSH IS almost out of office. I am sure you will hate that income when you have to pay real taxes on it.. Brotha! |

| Bush?? Why are we on the topic of politics? What about the guy who mentioned he made $12900/month and is in serious debt? On the real, I make $32K a year and I have no assets. A guy that I am dating recently passed by my location and saw me washing a car while my ARM watched. He really liked me until he saw what I do for a living and said that I lacked ambition. He even said that my ARM is an asshole for not offering a helping hand. I wish I would have told him that if I asked for a helping hand that my ARM might "give" me what I asked for... |
