i did....he's a jackass. thank goodness i'm not with this cult anymore.

Craig is actually a pretty cool dude -- Until he remembers he's a manager, then he turns into bossy asshole enterprise robot who absolutely doesn't care what you think.

That is like saying someone is a good person except when they drink and unfortunately, they drink all the time.

That guy is a total fucking douchebag prick. All he knows how to do is vehemently bark orders like a power-tripping drill sergeant, successfully making every employee hate his ass and sucking all the fun out of a job that's already worse than having cancer.

He's also really good at having a totally fucked up nose.

Bossy Asshole Manager = Very Unhappy Employees = Low ESQi.

The Area Manager desperately resorted to giving paid days off and Ipods to MTs who give good customer service.

It doesn't matter it will be better than working for ERAC..... Stop being a hater i know that you really know but won't admit that any insurace company will pay more than what he's getting now. With less STRESS.. less HOURS.... short term dis... anything but choice days.... sick time that he doesn't have to earn after a year of service... should I go on... Dont be a a HATER...
