where is group 07?

07 is Orlando and surrounding areas.

I had to laugh when I was an MT, somebody showed me the numbers from the Orlando Airport... funny how the group admin assistant takes like 500 hits a month for the MTs that work there.

When I knew it was my last week I "maryjaned" everyone I could not sell. Most groups don't have this luxury. It is used mostly for corporate accounts that have group insurance. When writing the ticket you put in a number that take the hit for you, so it doen't effect you numbers.

Our old GM would say that this is unacceptable. You need to take the "hits" and sell better to get to where you need to be. Don't make excuses etc...

I had the highest sales on the North side of the city, so dont tell me to sell better. I obviously new this practice was unexeptable...duh! I did it my last few days becuase the company threatened to take this feature away.

anyone know why the manager from 0721 got fired? I heard a lot of stories but am not sure what really happened.

I worked @21 as an assistant...if you know anybody at 21, you probably know who I am and I probably worked with some of you at one point. I had to leave erac because I worked for the worst AM you can possibly have. the worst part is, she has her nose so far up SM's ass, he thinks she can do know wrong. look at the #'s just for 21 in the last couple of months: 4 MTs quit,1 asstnt quit, 1 branchmanager fired, lost dealership,huge bodyshop, multiple corp. accounts, esqi in the shitter,lowest morale possible...i can go on. the current AM is a serious problem, and there will continue to be problems there until she gets a freaking clue. it was the epitome of underappreciate and overworked employees with tons of potential. good luck to 21 and the branch manager there now who is a very hard working employee who unfortunately has been brainwashed.
