Anyone??

I work in a new facility with about 20 ex-ERACers. Anyone got any dirt. Does anyone know why manager at 44 was fired??

I worked for this group for little over 6 months. I have never been one to partake in chat rooms, but I have to admit that I hate this company so much, that I love reading the E-bashing! To have a websit completely devoted to this sais much about this company.
During the brief time I worked their I became withddrawn, depressed, angry and tired all the time. When I found out I got another job...that day I walked out the front door. One of the most satisfying days of my life!

I know he managed 16 then moved to 44. Not sure if he was at 27.

Yea, same guy. He got screwed by a longtime customer, over 2 year renter, for a good amount of money and was made to walk the plank by Scotty himself. 07 is on a firing frenzy right now at least 5 managers in 5 months-some as long as 9 year employees. Hope that helps-Any more gossip needed?

That's wierd that they are on a firing frenzy, because when I left atleast the North was hurting for staff. About a month before I quite which was in April, I heard that 5 people walked out of 10. I also heard that someone pretty high up at Admin. was recently fired for fraturnizing with 2 MT's. Also GM fired yesterday for get this...During off hours more than a month ago went to strip club with other members of staff. GM was apparently giving some random guy at the club a dance as a joke. Word sliped up about this and she was fired. What does ERAC care about what is done after hours especially when they are the ones contributing to happy hour endeavors most of the time anyway?! I heard that ERAC was asked not to return to the hotel they held their christmas party at 2 years ago because of all the drunken behavior! I bet no one was fired from that escapade. I told a mutual friend that she should sue for wrongful termination.

It's not a he who got fired, it's a she...I just got confirmation on who it is from a very reliable source. I'm assuming an MS01 was already sent out.

You got the scoop. It was a she and not a member of her staff but an account, when you say GM you mean branch manager, right? Also, butted heads with her ARM-another female, what do they say....cat fight!

HR manager was fired for inappropriate behavior w/ 2 mts. MTs got in a fist fight at a party over her, and she was fired. Fired because SD told her to quit her shit, already had been busted once b4. Overall this is a very good group, being serious. Just has its typical problems that any company has. (gee, I must have sipped the juice or been brainwashed) Overall everyone is pretty professional and evryone is treated well, less the hours.
