Gp 07 Firing frenzy

I was not surprised to see a thread for firing frenzy , although from what I remember of ERAC, the poor souls are probably too bleary-eyed after work to log on, or curled in the fetal position under their desks sucking their thumbs and shivering at the prospect of having to get up and do it all over again tomorrow.

I left ERAC 3 months ago after making every attempt to make my issues known and allowed more than ample time for improvements to be made. I could never understand how it made sense to "promote" someone, yet their paycheck reflects a decrease. How does it make sense to base promotion on areas most susceptible to shade? (Who doesn't know someone who changed the customer telephone number in the computer to prevent an esqi call?)

ERAC doesn't seem to get that the customer should come SECOND. Employees should always come first because that's who is taking CARE of the customer. Treat your employee like crap and what kind of service do you think is going to be given to the customer? As far as I'm concerned, the first order of any business should be to make it easy for the employee to do their job well. Like, ummmm, say, have enough PARKING so their day isn't started out on a bad note.

IMHO, the real problem is NO ONE at the top seems to have the balls to stand up and say, "Enough!" Enough with the shade, enough with the threats, enough with the culture of mediocrity, enough treating the customers better than the employees, enough with avoiding the elephant in the living room! And enough with my vent, because ultimately I'm preaching to the choir and it won't make any difference--it damned sure didn't when I was still there.

Brian Jones gets my vote. How in the hell did this guy ever become and area manager????

Does anyone know if Brian reads this? Has he ever let on that any of these posts are getting to him? I have never even met this guy but I can just imagine he must know about these posts.

If anyone still is working for Brian Jones, just be really careful about his intention for your opportunity for success within the company. This guy is a dishonest racist’s bitch against minority and will do anything to get raid of you. I hope corporate is really reading this to see what kind of a scum bag he is toward people that wash cars for him. Remember Brian, you need to support the ones that put money in your pocket first before you do with admin. Maybe in the long run your area will perform much better.

Is it true that the fatest girl that got fired in group 07 history, won some huge lawsuit against wrongful termination? LW from 58 apparently won some big money. I guess fat girl gets to eat her cake too! Good for her!

Today is the best day since a long time now that I’ve been waiting to hear that Brian Jones has just gotten demoted with fewer cars. Maybe it karma, I truly believe in that one day I this guy will get his turn for what he has done to me. Doesn’t it suck when you it’s your turn to get demoted then fired?
