i think it is just a shit company i'm from u3 in the uk and it is just as bad over here.all managers are arsehole creepers and the real workers get treated like shit

The only good thing about Enterprise is the Christmas parties and loose women. Its also a good starter company out of College to build a resume. If you are smart once you make it to Assistant Mgr start looking on career builder and leave. You'll be amazed how many great careers that are out there.

I LOVE it! I worked for Grp 07 last year, and moved away (sadly transferred to before realizing it sucked and quit that too!) Shane was an awesome manager, but he was fired because he was running shady deals...renting to people who didn't qualify, setting up things through a corporate account so he wouldn't have to qualify the person, then having the cs pay cash at the end. Not good.

Tadd's racist comments were taken out of line. He was fired not really because of racist comments but that they were said in front of an AM who hated him and looked for any excuse to get him fired. Tadd worked with this AM when he was an MA (which was when I first started), and they were constantly going at it. The MA threated to get Tadd fired all the time. So it was just a matter of time before he came up with good ammo.

Can't believe Moises was fired, but if he did what he did, then it was inappropriate.

Chris' firing doesn't surprise me at all. He was my AM for a time and he came to work on a Saturday still drunk. He couldn't even make the keys work to open the door, and couldn't figure out how to work the combo on the safe, he made an MT open it! The MA in the office told the Manager at the time (Shane) who didn't believe him and didn't do anything.

Deidre was fired?? Why??

Will was fired?? Why??

Chris Simmons here. I good friend of mine called me and said there were some jacked up comments about me on this site. I truely enjoyed working with everyone I spent time with at 07 and am disappointed that somebody would write thoose comments. I would appreciate it if you have a backbone to go ahead and identify yourself.

As for the story about me not being able to open the door and safe; that is totally not true. I will admit I came into work on saturdays every once in a while after hitting it pretty hard, but never was incompetant of daily duties. Anyway to anyone that cares; everything is going awesome with me now. I got married back in July and have a new baby boy!!! Anyway good luck to the person that wrote thoose comments.

You must be someone that does not know all of their facts like most of the people that talk shit on this site. From one of the horses mouths Tad did not make a racial slure to a employee....The employee that was involved even told Tad that he should not be fired that it was made to be way larger then it was. In fact he did nothing but quote a line out of a movie. Tad had numerous black employees that loved him.....Hell I remember him electric sliding wth Deidra at Holiday parties. It seemed that most of the people he hung out with from the company were black as well......Van Morris........Deidra Jacobs.......Akil......His black employees from the past would probebly have come to his defense if they would have been asked to comment on his management. But the new HR Manager at the time needed to make her mark without getting any history on Tad's management from the past. He might have not been the strongest manager out there but under the circumstances he did alot better then the person that took over his position. And I know theres got to be many black employees and ex employees that know better then Tad being a racist. Hell that goes for the white employees as well. I wish some of you knew your facts before you started typing.......He was a good guy........a good friend........a good manager........a father of two.......and from what I have heard has been financially struggling since the loss of his job. 6 weeks employee over a 6 year manager..........Do you really think it was right now.................Again know your facts.............
