Re: Who's it in orlando? We're undermanned badly. From talking to people from other groups, we actually HAD some decent chemistry in GP07, and a well respected group. But so many managers, good and bad, left. That leaves alot of holes to fill, and so some that were thinking of bolting are just holding on hoping they change their qualifications (which they did). The fact is that there are many who are still awesome out there, and remember how you can have fun and make money. The sad part is that they are all depressed or frustrated because of the staffing issues. Its like those who left, left because they were being asked too much, for too little. Now if they want to start paying people, there maybe no one left to pay. Right now we have a bunch of hard working people saying "give me some staff, give me some competent leadership, and I will make all of us money. They don't give us staff, they slam down when ESQi is low (because the branches are undermanned), and the exhausted managers lose their drive to make money for ERAC. If gp07 upper management were smart, they would realize they have so much talent still left, get some people in here so we can be the exception to this site. All I know is that 7 branch, and 11 or 12? assistants are gone so far, and its APRIL. No AMs have dropped yet, but with only 58 branches 80 or better.... that won't last long. I've worked with some of the toughest in the group, and even they are starting to question ERAC. We're talking high caliber people who earned their way to where they are. Not people who got promoted because there was nobody left. Which seems to be the case in recent months. For those who may be interested in joining GP07 as a transfer, or as a new hire: You come at the best and worst times. You will get promoted fast, but you're going to hate life here getting to level II or III. |
