To the shitty Upper Managment (CR city manager) and every one else sitting their fat asses up in admin, FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!! i am glad to finally be free. If you are still w/ ERAC leave now and get your life back. you'll never make it up the corp ladder they will continue to hold it over your head and dangle the possibilities of one day making 6 figures or so until they have worked the shit out of you and then they will just let you go or demote you and next your out the door. I do believe that ERAC is the anti-christ.

You were probably one of those employees who always volunteered to go on a long distance pick-up somewhere, so you could avoid pitching DW or other things that you could not sell.
When this company interviewed you, they layed it all on the table. Work hard and reap the rewards. They never said come to work, lay down and we will find a way to pay you a six figure income did they?

No one owes you jack shit! I've worked my ass off for this company for over 15 years and I plan to work here another 15 years. I've made a six figure income for only the last 3 years, and it took a lot of working late nights, busting my ass even working at home til midnight or later, but it has paid off.
It's called "Work Ethic". Develop a little bit of that and see where you end up.
Trust me it's better than running a popcorn machine at the Regal Cinema you damn whiner.

Would you please work on your writing skills? It seems like you must have kissed a lot of asses on the way in order to make only 6 figures in 15 years. I guess you’re not a self starter, but just a follower. Life is too short just to sit and wait around and lose your own happiness for money.

Sounds like Mr. 15 Years with ERAC just recently found the pot of gold. If he's from GP07, then he must be one of the people promoted because they had nobody left. What he doesn't realize is that it has nothing to do with laziness or work ethic with ERAC. I know a couple of ABMs and BMs with outstanding work ethic, who will never see 6 figures because they are not in the right circles.

His hard work (a.k.a. playing golf with upper management) paid off. Good for him. But remember, all of us were told the same thing: You work hard, you perform, you will be rewarded. How many managers have left in his 3 years of 6 figures that out performed him? I would imagine many. GP07 has a knack of running off their best as of recent history.

These threads for GP07 are pointless, the racism in GP07 is standard for corporate americana. We do, after all, have a black AM, had a black City Manager, and just promoted an Asian AM to a GM position.

Corporate America still has a touch of racism in it, its not fair, but its there. ERAC is better than the last business I worked for where the whites were management, and the blacks were labor. Work for the right company that has a history of seeing green, instead of the color of your skin (which ERAC does fairly well), work hard, and play some golf. You'll be making 6 figures eventually.

There are a few peple that have quit in the last month or so. The Biach BM of 0739, Mr Esqi at 0723, A lost control freak at 0799 and the cute driver coordinator at 0799. He use to hook me up. Anyways, anybody else knows why these people left the big E.

Jason I heard, found something better, and knew he wasn't going to be up for the next AM position.

0739 was fired.

Don't know about the other two.

I agree, 15 years to make six figures. I have only been working at my new job for 6 weeks and I am on track to make 6 figures! WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER!
